Michael Matthews (33) has added the GP Québec to his list of achievements for the third time after years of trying. Arnaud De Lie seemed to be in the chair after excellent work by Maxim Van Gils and Jenno Berckmoes, but the Belgian champion was unable to compete in the sprint.
