Dr. Patrick Mineault, a visual neuroscientist, is the creator of the now-viral web app ismy.blue. He set out to answer the question of whether everyone sees the same blue after an argument with his wife about the color of a blanket. “I think it’s green and she thinks it’s blue,” he said. The interactive site has been visited more than 1.5 million times. “I’m not surprised it’s catching on because people want to understand how others see the world,” Mineault says.
