South Carolina women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley will serve as guest picker for the next edition of ESPN’s College GameDay, which originates from Columbia, S.C., on Saturday.
South Carolina (2-0) hosts LSU (1-1) at 11 a.m. Saturday in a key early-season SEC matchup. ABC will broadcast the game live.
Staley has coached the Gamecocks to six Final Fours and three national championships, including a perfect 38-0 run in 2023-24. She is 440-106 overall in 16 seasons at South Carolina.
ESPN College GameDay, featuring Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and former Alabama football coach Nick Saban, airs live on ESPN at 8 a.m. Central on Saturday.
