Elden Ring is the pinnacle of the Soulslike genre and the game developers of FromSoftware gave it their all for this project. The gaming community grew to love the intense combat and dark nature of the franchise and viewed this genre as a way to improve their skills in gaming which is what director Hidetaka Miyazaki envisioned from the start. Unfortunately, not everyone can endure the intense difficulty of this genre, making it unsuitable for the faint of heart. Constant defeat by even the weakest enemy can lead players down a dark path.
Timing is an essential factor that players should have perfected while playing. It can make or break a combat encounter and save the Tarnished from a world of pain; however, some players recently discovered a clever way to deflect incoming attacks from a Fallingstar Beast that could have saved players from raging.
Elden Ring Players Can Deflect Incoming Charge Attacks of a Fallingstar Beast
The game developers of FromSoftware managed to find the perfect balance between organic world-building and intense combat and gameplay for Elden Ring. Some players noticed the cleverness of the developers after realizing that the Guiding Grace intends to pit two versions of the Tarnished against each other. Godfrey was the original Tarnished and the first Elden Lord, whereas players take control of the Tarnished, intending to become the next Elden Lord.

Some players are still upset about the lackluster hitbox of Elden Ring and the developers have yet to address it two years after it launched.

Stormcaller can deflect the incoming charge attack and provide a few seconds to deliver light combos which could be the best strategy against the Fallingstar Beast. Although the range and reach aren’t all too impressive which would require the player to get close and deliver a flurry of attacks, players will be vulnerable to incoming attacks and have no time to get some distance.
This technique can save players from a harrowing blow that could lead to their untimely demise in-game. Most players would jump out of harm’s way; however, the Stormcaller ability can save players time and benefit them with a great tactical position to deliver attacks after staggering the Fallingstar Beast which could be the best option and strategy for a game like Elden Ring.
The Gaming Community Is Blown Away by the Things They Could Do in Elden Ring
FromSoftware knew the journey would be hard and wanted to give the player base a fighting chance. There is no telling what other secrets the gaming community will discover in the next few years that could have made their initial Elden Ring experience much smoother and more convenient.

These secrets could help newer players and save them from a traumatizing and gut-wrenching experience with the Soulslike genre. Some players are not interested in grinding and suffering in a game and would prefer to play casually, the Stormcaller ability can make life much easier once players get the timing right.
The game developers of FromSoftware crafted another great Soulslike experience and have every reason to celebrate it. What made Elden Ring even better were the other hidden secrets and possibilities that could still be dormant waiting for players to discover them.
The Soulslike genre requires the gaming community to sharpen their combat skills and to think creatively whenever they are stuck between a rock and a hard place. The Fallingstar Beast is a formidable foe, but it stood no chance against a simple Stormcaller technique, which could likely be its ultimate weakness.
