Everything must go. Columnist Jan Segers feels neither pity nor schadenfreude now that almost all of Paul Gheysens’ and Ria’s real estate is up for sale. “But I sympathize with Paul now that he has sold the two villas in Het Zoute for 26 million, with which he once wanted to surprise Ria. Unfortunately, Ria didn’t like it at all.”
