Tamed by Alexandre Aja, this film had Halle Berry teaming up with Christin Park, Anthony B. Jenkins, Stephanie Lavigne, and Matthew Kevin Anderson, among others, to deliver a truly epic performance.
A thriller, this movie encircles the life of a mother and her twin sons in the wake of an unspeakable evil taking over the world. At a time this rough, the only thing able to protect them is their house and strong bond, which needs them to stay connected at all times – both physically and mentally, as they must cling tight to each other and never let go.
But things take a turn for the unexpected when one of the twins speaks out the unthinkable question: Is the evil actually real? Following the film’s exclusive screening, fans have some of the most tongue-tied reactions as they commend both Halle Berry and the rest of the crew for performing so outstandingly. As X handle @sagesurge wrote in their review, the film is “a weird yet devastating tale of a mother’s twisted love,” brought to life by “superb acting & a clever script.”
Then there’s X handle @PacManNR7‘s review, who couldn’t help but express how “the movie kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish, and the intense family drama took it to another level.” To say the least, they deemed the film as “a compelling story with old-school horror cinematography and earned scares.”
