KENTON, Ohio (WCMH) — A Hardin County man is under arrest for allegedly killing a man, stealing from him and abusing the body.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office announced this week that Dustin Ray Bolen, 42, of McGuffey, has been charged in the death of a missing man, Michael Bolen, 66, also of McGuffey, in late March. The sheriff’s office and court records do not say what the relationship was between the men.
Dustin Ray Bolen is charged with murder, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class and possessing criminal tools.
Dustin Ray Bolen is being held at the Multi-County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment.
