One of the main bosses of the game is Lady Venomara and beating her may not be as simple as it seems initially. This Astro Bot boss guide outlines how to beat Lady Venomara for players facing any difficulty.
Lady Venomara Location and How to Unlock
Lady Venomara is a snake boss and the third boss of the game. This boss can be found in the Serpent Starway galaxy on the Lady Venomara planet. In order to unlock this planet and the boss fight, players need to save 100 bots that will unlock the location.
The Lady Venomara boss fight is at the end of the level after players climb the tallest pillar using the Rooster Booster. The attack pattern of the boss is Egg Drop, Floor Slam and Swipe, Poison Mist, Slither, Field Drill, and Egg Roll.
Once players finish the fight, they are awarded the Raider Dude VIP Bot. This bot is inspired by the Uncharted franchise’s protagonist Nathan Drake and is totally worth it. After this boss fight, you’ll still have to beat bosses like Mecha Leon to progress.
How to Beat Lady Venomara in Astro Bot
The Lady Venomara boss fight has two phases and the first phase begins when players reach the boss and land punches. It is arguably one of the toughest in the game to beat. Lady Venomara throws Poison Mist on the arena floor, covering it and hitting nearby structures, resulting in pillars on the field.
Players must use the Rooster Booster to jump onto these pillars and avoid this mist. The Slither attack lets the boss move across the floor due to its lengthy body but it can be avoided. There are marks on the floor before an attack lands so players can see where it will be and escape quickly.
Players must attack the blue rings on her body during this attack and then quickly land a blow on its chin to go to next stage. This will bring it to do another attack as it will drill the field to make it small. Make sure you’re in the middle so that you don’t fall and once you land two blows on its chin.
After this, the Astro Bot boss will expose her tongue. Pull and release it to go to the second phase of the fight. This phase is mostly players running, dodging, and jumping to reach the boss and land the final attacks.
In this stage, Lady Venomara will release two purple eggs that will roll across the battlefield. Players must ensure not to touch them using the booster as they go closer to the boss. The aim is to avoid these eggs and attack the chin of the boss that will soon finish the battle, making players victorious.
