Sat in the hospital bed before Paloma’s arrival, Campbell was gifted a designer Hermès Birkin bag as her ‘push present’.
She was later shown applying a full face of makeup for the momentous occasion.
But it was the couple’s choice of outfits for little Paloma that left some people scratching their heads.
In a series of snaps shared to Instagram, the couple showed their newborn daughter wearing a stunning pink cashmere onesie from Hermes, which reportedly cost a whopping £1000.
The stunning onesie features an embroidered horse on the chest and Mother-of-pearl buttons.
The little one also had a matching pair of £280 knit socks to complete the look.
Campbell, who is based in Atlanta, revealed online that she had the outfit overnighted as soon as she knew she would go into labour earlier than expected.

But some people couldn’t believe they’d fork out for their newborn to have an expensive designer outfit just to leave the hospital.
