Kevin Conroy Was Asked What Other Superhero He Would be After Batman and His Response is the Reason Why We Love Him So Much

The late legendary Kevin Conroy was famous for his immaculate stage performances, TV series, and films, but his most iconic role will forever rank as Batman in the DC Universe. To say the least, thanks to the long decades he perfectly voiced the superhero, his name is now used synonymously with the character in the mediums of animation and video games, among others.

Of course, playing the Caped Crusader for so long eventually etched him in fans’ hearts in the role, but it didn’t stop them from wondering which other superhero Conroy could bring to life with his outstandingly magnificent voicing skills. And his response to this question was exemplary enough to prove why fans from all around the globe love him so much.

Kevin Conroy Came Clean About the Superhero He Could Play Besides Batman

Throughout his lifetime, the one role Kevin Conroy has been attached to the longest has been that of the Dark Knight. And, from the way he responded each time while talking about his beloved DC character, it was evident that he never got tired of voicing him either, even after being closely attached to him for around three decades.

That said, when asked which other superhero he would like to play or lend his voice to, the late legendary actor had the answer that was simply music to his fans’ ears. In an epic video edit shared by @catchtheedit on Instagram, bringing back all those memories of Conroy immaculately voicing the Caped Crusader, the actor was seen confessing the same, saying:

This is the first animated role I ever auditioned for. I got the brass ring, you know, it’s the most – Everyone says, ‘What other superhero would you want to play?’ I said, ‘Are you kidding? What other superhero is there? I got the best one!’

While yes, there have been multiple actors in Hollywood who have fallen in love with their respective characters while playing them, perhaps no one’s dedication, commitment, and love came as close to Conroy’s for Batman. And, for one, it is only understandable when acknowledging all the innumerable projects he perfectly helped bring the superhero to life.

Conroy may have been gone for nearly two years now, but his works continue to shine and leave fans baffled at their outstandingness.
