That makes it the priciest listing in Lake Arrowhead. If the house gets its asking price, it will break the current local record set by a waterfront estate designed by Walt Disney animator and Oscar-winning “Dear Basketball” director Glen Keane that sold April 8 for $11.5 million.
The 15,635-square-foot house, completed in 1989, has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and entertaining areas inside and out. Records show it last sold to a Bradbury-based surgeon in February 2021 for $5.75 million.
According to the Mountain News, the seller has since remodeled the house “to world-class status.”
Double wood and glass entry doors open into a grand foyer with double staircases. The interior has expansive windows, wood flooring, decorative walls and ceiling treatments and cheerful fireplaces.
