A LEGENDARY Ford that is one of just 20 ever made is up for sale for an eye-watering sum.
The rare motor, built in 2021, is one of the most unique on the planet and is heading to auction for hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The 2021 Ford GT was one of just 20 made for the company’s Studio Collection series and is set to go on auction for a whopping £700,000.
Despite being just three-years-old, the vehicle has just 34 miles on the clock.
The exterior comes in an eye-catching frozen white paint finish with lightning blue graphics.
When the current seller bought the vehicle, they spent over £47,000 on added options.
This includes the light speed interior package, the gloss exterior carbon-fibre package, lightning blue mirror caps, 20″ satin silver-painted forged wheels, and six-point safety harness anchors.
The slick looking ride is kitted out with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre Eco boost V6 engine.
This comes paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and a Akrapovič titanium exhaust system.
The Ford GT packs a whopping 660 horsepower and has a top speed of 216mph.
It can go from 0-60 in just three seconds, as reported by Luxury Auto News.
The motor also features Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, butterfly doors, a retractable active rear wing, a rear diffuser, Sparco seats, and a touchscreen infotainment system.
For the large sum of £700,000, the car is heading to auction in Cohasset, Massachusetts.
Bring a Trailer, who are hosting the sale, said: “The Chris Svensson-designed second-generation GT debuted at the 2015 North American International Auto Show and entered production in December 2016 at Multimatic’s Markham, Ontario, assembly facility.
“This Ford GT is one of 20 Studio Collection examples produced for 2021.
“This Ford GT has 34 miles and is now offered with a window sticker, a car cover, a tool kit, owner’s manuals, service records, build photos, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Massachusetts title in the seller’s name.
