BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – A local moving company is trying to bring some Christmas cheer to kids in need this year.
The Bearded Brothers Moving Group is hosting its fifth annual “Fill the Truck” event next month at the Southern Park Mall in Boardman.
They’re asking the community to donate new, unwrapped items such as toys, clothing for babies through teenagers, gift cards or personal care products. You can even make a monetary donation.
All the gifts will be delivered that evening to benefit kids receiving resources through Mahoning County Children Services.
Donations will be accepted between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Dec. 14 at the mall, in front of Steel Valley Brew Works and Double Bogey’s.
If you can’t make it that day, you can also drop off donations at the Bearded Brothers Moving Group office. Call 330-885-6380 to make arrangements.
