A MULTI-platinum singer has announced an exciting Scottish show to celebrate 25 years in the music industry.
Classic tenor Russell Watson is set to take to the stage in Glasgow next year as part of The Evolution Tour.

It has been almost a quarter of a century since the classical singer released his debut album The Voice in 2001.
To celebrate the huge landmark, he will tour the UK in autumn 2025.
During his upcoming tour, Russell will be performing some of his best-known tracks including Va, pensiero, Nessun Dorma, Caruso, and Where My Heart Will Take Me.
He will also play new songs Shine and Grow alongside his live band.
Russell will be heading to Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall on November 17.
He will also play a gig at Aberdeen‘s Music Hall the night before.
Russell said: “I can hardly believe it’s been 25 years since I released The Voice and embarked on this incredible journey.
“Looking back, I’m immensely grateful for every experience—performing for royalty, duetting with legends, and connecting with fans around the world.
“This tour is a chance for me to revisit the music that has meant so much to me and to those who’ve been on this journey with me.
“It’s not just a celebration of the past; it’s a new chapter, and I’m more passionate than ever to bring these songs to life on stage. I can’t wait to share this milestone with everyone in the audience.”
Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 22.
Beyond the recording studio, Russell Watson has performed for some of the world’s most notable figures, including multiple appearances for Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles, and the late Pope John Paul II.
Russell has also performed at the Champions League final and the Commonwealth Games.
He was the first UK artist to score a transatlantic number one in both the UK and the US.
And he has since achieved an incredible eight top-ten albums, over seven million album sales worldwide, and four Classical BRIT Awards.
In 2020, he appeared on the 20th series of I’m A Celeb.
