WARREN, Ohio (WKBN)- A Trumbull County grand jury declined to return an indictment in a Warren stabbing case.
A no bill was returned in the case against Jana Hines.
Hines was charged in an incident where she was accused of stabbing a man on Commerce Avenue NW in September.
Hines previously pleaded not guilty to the felonious assault charge.
