Primoz Roglic wins his fourth Vuelta in Madrid on Sunday. He is now on par with Roberto Heras and was able to control the final mountain stage. The Vuelta wanted a spectacular end, but did not get it. It pays the price of a much too heavy edition. Sixty thousand vertical meters is not repeatable. And then they went around the Earth a hundred times, and the competition jury showed itself to be out of touch with reality.
