Pittsburgh Pirates to offer free season tickets for 30 years if historic baseball card is returned

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) – The Pittsburgh Pirates have offered a massive reward to anyone who returns a rare baseball card that was recently released.

The team announced on social media that they hope to have the Paul Skenes 1/1 Rookie Debut Patch Autograph card to display at PNC Park for fans to see. The card was released by Topps in one pack of 2024 Topps Chrome Update on Wednesday.

The reward package for the card includes the following:

  • Two (2) Pirates season tickets behind home plate for the next (30) years
  • A softball game for (30) at PNC Park + coaching from Pirates alumni
  • Private Tour of Pirates City and LECOM Park
  • Meet and Greet with Paul Skenes
  • Two (2) Paul Skenes autographed jerseys
  • Take Batting Practice/ Warm Up with the team
  • Other unique experiences at Pirates City and LECOM Park

That’s not all. Livvy Dunne, a gymnast and supermodel who is the girlfriend of Paul Skenes offered to let the cardholder watch a Pirates game in her suite at the ballpark.

Skenes is coming off a historic rookie season in 2024. He was recently named a finalist for both the National League Cy Young Award and the National League Rookie of the Year Award. On Thursday, Skenes was named First Team All-MLB.
