NEDIM BAJRAMI helped Rangers come from behind to set up a Premier Sports Cup final showdown against Celtic.
And he insisted the manner in which they secured a quick-fire return to Hampden proves the players are behind Philippe Clement.
The beleaguered Gers boss was fearing for his future after Andy Halliday fired Motherwell into a first-half lead.
But after Cyriel Dessers equalised, Bajrami struck the winner ten minutes from time.
The Gers hero insisted: “We are always behind the manager, we fight for him, we fight for every game, for us, for our fans and we try to do every game, step by step, our best, and now Olympiacos.
“I don’t mean small teams, but when teams like this score you have to be strong and don’t lose the second goal, and we showed our quality in the second half.

“Up front and even in our defence was quality because they didn’t get the second goal and we won the game.
“This was important for us, I’m always happy to score and to help the team, not only for myself, but for the boss.
“We have the same pressure in every game, it’s not only if we play the league, or Europa League, Rangers always have pressure and we try to win every game.
“We had a good second half and scored some nice goals, so we are in the final.
“The most important thing always in the semi-final is just to win, sometimes you play good, sometimes you play less good, but it’s important that you win the game.
“We scored two goals in the second half, we believed for 90 minutes and we showed our quality today.
“Every game is hard for us because most of the time we have the ball and the opposition are good at defending.
“So we had to keep patient and today we showed our quality, second half, with two nice goals, the second one a counter-attack with a nice pass from Vaclav Cerny.
“He has good qualities, we have a good relationship on the pitch, and also today, nice assists.
“I don’t read too much about the pressure, we just focus, we take it game by game and we have a lot of games.
“There’s nothing too much outside of the pitch, I don’t think about that too much.
“The important thing is to create chances, then maybe in the last 30 yards we have to be more concrete, to score even more goals, and to close the goal, or the game earlier.”
Not only has his winner kept his manager in a job, it has set up a first ever cup final appearance for Bajrami.
The Albanian international has never contested a major domestic final and is relishing the prospect of the December Old Firm clash.
Bajrami said: “I’ve never won a cup, so maybe now it’s time to win a cup.
