Revlon launches Dyson air wrap dupe that costs £400 less than the original just in time for Christmas

WE’D all love to own a Dyson Airwrap to sort all of our hair problems – but at £480 many of us can’t justify the price.

Fortunately Revlon has come out with a brand new styling tool with five heads and it costs a fraction of the price.

Whether you simply want to blow dry your hair, add a curl or some volume this five-in-one tool does the lot.

Revlon’s One-Step Blow-Dry Multi Air Styler 5-in-1 has similar specs to the Dyson Airwrap at a much more affordable price- and it’s come just in time for Christmas.

The styling tool costs just £79.99 – a massive saving compared to the £480 cost of the Dyson.

It comes with five different attachments so you can try out all sorts of styles with your locks.

These include a Root-Drying Concentrator comb designed for drying roots and reducing the overall drying time of your hair.

Also included is the Volumising Oval Brush is 70mm wide and has new ceramic titanium coating and uses air to lift at the root and add long-lasting volume.

It also comes with a curling wand attachment to give you the salon blow out look at home.

Plus there’s a 38mm round brush to add volume to the hair and give loose waves throughout.

Last but not least is the Paddle Brush which can be used to dry your hair and straighten it at the same time – reducing the amount of heat you put on it.

It can currently be bought from Amazon, Argos and Boots, with Boots offering the cheapest price at £79.99.

Can a new treatment called ‘hair botox’ leave you with frizz-free strands? Beauty writer Charlotte Bitmead tried it out.

Those who have tried the new hair styling tool have raved about it on Amazon giving it an average of 4.5 stars out of 5.

One person wrote: “I always used to air dry because it’s a b***ache to do, but this dries my hair quickly and leaves it so smooth! Love it.”

Another commented: “Leaves my fine hair bouncy and in good condition, plus it’s easy to use. Had the previous version, this has a smaller head which is better, plus you can remove it and you have a hairdryer. Fabulous.”

“Love this dryer brush it’s so easy and does what it says it does. Not sure why it took me so long to get one!,” penned a third.

Someone else added: “Oh my god what a great styler! I have very thick, frizzy, difficult to manage hair. It usually takes a good 45 minutes for me to dry and style my hair. This has taken me 20 minutes to get dry, smooth, nice looking hair and that was with no mirror or real effort put in. Absolutely brilliant! Best purchase I’ve made for a long time!”
