Robbie Williams turns down big money deal for Las Vegas residency in 2025 as he waits for better offer

ROBBIE WILLIAMS is still very much a man in demand three decades into his career.

But while suggestions for big-money shows are flying in left, right and centre, we are told he has now turned down a major Las Vegas residency.

Insiders tell us the Angels singer had been offered a slot at Voltaire, where Kylie Minogue recently played her huge run of shows.

But rather than jumping at the chance like most big stars would, he said no.

Our Vegas insider said: “Robbie is admired by the Voltaire team professionally and personally.

“They love his music and stage craft and thought that his super stage personality and charisma seemed to be the perfect fit for them. But when they packaged up the offer, Rob turned them down.

“They were absolutely gutted as the tickets would have sold out immediately. But Robbie seems to be wanting to take a more careful approach to what he does next.”

His new biopic, Better Man, comes out at Christmas, so I’d hazard a guess he knows that if the film is a box-office smash, the Voltaire cheque will probably double in size.

He said earlier this month that he’d never had the chance to break America, after he relocated to the States to live a quieter life in the early Noughties.

Robbie said: “I am completely anonymous in America, and I didn’t plan to change it until now.

“Now I’m kind of desperate for that to change. I moved so I could be Bruce Wayne in America and Batman everywhere else.

“It worked for me because there were periods in my life which were pretty risqué. I needed a place to retreat and not be known, and I got that.

“But now I’m old and wise enough to want the experience of incredible success again. And maybe that would be in America.”

Wait until they make you an offer you can’t refuse, Rob.
