A SCOTS tourist attraction has been ranked among the world’s most reviewed experiences.
The Real Mary King’s Close in Edinburgh takes punters back to 17th century life in the capital.
The attraction has racked up more than 1,800 reviews on Tripadvisor – more than Disneyland Paris
It comes after it was crowned the UK’s Best Visitor Attraction by the review website.
The Edinburgh tourist spot welcomed over 93,000 international guests between June and August.
One review said: “An incredibly informative and immersive historical experience.
“Absolutely fantastic to see Edinburgh‘s history up close and personal and told in such a fabulous, understandable manner.
“Very well-paced and highly enthralling.
“Can’t recommend this experience enough.”
Another added: “I am not into tours but this one blew me away! The attention to detail and knowledge of each of the staff was impeccable.”

Since opening to the public in 2003, The Real Mary King’s Close has welcomed millions of guests, with the number expected to hit 3.9m by the end of 2024
