Week 4 of the Michigan high school football season proved to be a pivotal week for numerous conference title chases and further helped separate the contenders from the pretenders as we move closer to the postseason.
Four of the MLive Top 25 teams suffered losses over the weekend, including three within the Top 10. Time will tell if those results were one-week hiccups or signs of long-term problems but one thing is for sure – there will be plenty of shuffling toward the top of the leaderboard when the next edition of rankings are released later this week.
