BROOKFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – Trumbull County Eastern District Court in Brookfield closed Thursday because of a sewer backup.
The court on Brookwood Drive closed at 12:30 p.m. for the “safety and health of the public and staff,” according to a notice.
Filings can still be recorded online and telephone calls will be answered. Essential calls will be returned as determined by the judge and clerks.
If something has to be done in person, the judge will facilitate that with essential staff.
The court is expected to reopen on Monday, Nov. 18.
