STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) – After starting 2-10 last year; Struthers finished the campaign by winning 5 of its last 10 regular season games before bowing out in the tournament against Salem.
The Wildcats return Ava Coyle, Katelyn Kimble, Natalie Adams, Bela Sahli, Natalie Wolikow, Gianna Martin and Vivian Marker as the team’s seven letterwinners.
Also look for Angelina Carcelli, Riley Guy and My’liah Law to contribute towards the success of the program.
“We’ll lean on our upperclassmen leadership,” states first-year coach Halle Minchin-Skook. “I expect this group to be competitive and aggressive. These are kids that’ll never quit and will leave it all on the floor.”
Struthers opens the new year on Wednesday, November 27 at home against Mineral Ridge.
