Savvy shoppers are getting excited about the deal and can ensure they are ahead of the game and ready for next summer.

One eagle-eyed shopper went on to Facebook to spread the word.

Taking to social media’s group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK they posted an image of the sunloungers and wrote: “I saw these in Tesco tonight.

“Sunloungers for £10.50 on clearance, they were originally £35 each.

“Not sure if all stores have them.

“*This was in Tesco Maryhill, Glasgow.”

One person was suitably impressed but couldn’t resist having a laugh too, writing: “Bargain but are they heated now we are in autumn?”

Another who tagged in their pal said: “If you see these get them for next year.”

While a third who also included their friend, posted: “For the garden when it’s sorted lol.”

You can find your nearest Tesco store by going to the supermarket’s website and clicking on store locator on the homepage.

Shoppers may want to phone ahead to make sure their local branch has the item in stock, to avoid disappointment.

Anyone looking for a bargain is always advised to shop around as another store could have the same product even cheaper,

You can use supermarket comparison apps like Trolley to find which store has the best deals.

The sunloungers deal comes as the high street supermarket giant is offering 25 per cent off all F&F adult’s clothes for those paying with a Tesco Clubcard.

It lasts until Sunday 15th September.

How to bag a bargain

SUN Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to find a cut-price item and bag a bargain…

Sign up to loyalty schemes of the brands that you regularly shop with.

Big names regularly offer discounts or special lower prices for members, among other perks.

Sales are when you can pick up a real steal.

Retailers usually have periodic promotions that tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout and shop when these deals are on.

Sign up to mailing lists and you’ll also be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

When buying online, always do a search for money off codes or vouchers that you can use vouchercodes.co.uk and myvouchercodes.co.uk are just two sites that round up promotions by retailer.

Scanner apps are useful to have on your phone. Trolley.co.uk app has a scanner that you can use to compare prices on branded items when out shopping.

Bargain hunters can also use B&M’s scanner in the app to find discounts in-store before staff have marked them out.

And always check if you can get cashback before paying which in effect means you’ll get some of your money back or a discount on the item.

The sale comes amid numerous other savings at the grocer.

Last week, shoppers were stunned to discover Hellmann’s mayonnaise, normally £3.50, on offer for just 53p.

Tesco is also running its annual Clubcard Christmas Savers scheme, which allows customers to use vouchers and points accumulated throughout the year over the festive period.

In July, however, shoppers were dismayed to discover that a change had been made to the scheme, meaning they could no longer top up their vouchers and receive a bonus as of April 1.

Shortly afterwards, Tesco brought back the bonus after shoppers pledged to “spend elsewhere”.

In other Tesco news, the supermarket chain was forced to close a branch in Cambridgeshire, leaving locals devastated.
