Kody Brown, from the hit reality show Sister Wives, was often blamed for the failure of his past marriages, but it seems like Robyn, his fourth and final wife, is the one at fault this time. Meri, Janelle, and Christine have divorced from the family patriarch throughout the years, leaving him with a monogamous relationship with Robyn.
The polygamous family, which consists of 18 children, all resided in Utah in a colossal house. Even their home was designed for unique family dynamics with each wife having her own wing. When Robyn and her kids finally joined in, the household moved into separate spaces which required the father to drive from one house to another, making things even more complicated.
Robyn Brown May Possibly Be Sabotaging Her Relationship With Kody Brown
The height of the pandemic affected the Brown family, and when things got a little more challenging, there was no other option for Meri, Janelle, and Christine but to break up with Kody. With the head of the household pursuing an exclusive relationship with Robyn, it’s now easy to spot the cracks in their marriage.
Viewers used to believe that Kody was to blame for the dramatic misfortunes of the family, but now they are pretty much convinced that Robyn is the main culprit. Recently, he made a comment about his ex-wife Christine finding love again. He told People: “Christine and I were better friends than we were lovers, and I’m very glad she’s had this experience.”
The thing is, while Kody thinks Christine’s new romance is “cute” and “fun”, their bond when they were together is not the same. His marriage with Robyn is already on a rocky patch, and it seems like he’s trying to find someone to point the finger at for the destruction of his previous marriages.
With the three wives out of the picture and the camera focused on Kody and Robyn, many viewers already noticed the warning signs: the latter always wanted a plural marriage as this was the reason she joined the Brown family. With Meri, Janelle, and Christine no longer part of the family, Robyn fills the void with complaints.
Growing up in a monogamous household, Robyn has a twisted perspective of what and how a polygamous family works. Before she joined the group, the Brown family used to be a happy and contended unit, and Robyn was drawn into this dynamic. Now, she might be regretting that her dreams are no longer being fulfilled.
Kody and Robyn Brown’s Marriage May Not Last Long
The Brown family is now in turmoil and perhaps on the brink of another divorce. Robyn’s dissatisfaction and constant objections can be interpreted as a way for her to sabotage the marriage and eventually drive Kody away.
With Robyn now being eyed as the villain of the story, it remains to be seen how her marriage with Kody will fare in the future.
