The Dutch law firm Birkway is starting a lawsuit against the Dutch manufacturer of cargo bikes Babboe on behalf of at least 14,000 victims from the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Germany. This was announced by lawyer Quirijn Bongaerts in the television program Radar. With the claim, the firm wants the victims to receive compensation for the unsafe bikes from Babboe.
