Two people were critically injured after the motorcycle they were on was involved in a crash in North Haven on Sunday.
Emergency crews responded to the area of Washington Avenue and Bradley Street in the afternoon hours Sunday on the report of a car versus motorcycle crash, according to the North Haven Police Department.
A male and a female on the motorcycle were taken to an area hospital with critical injuries, police said.
An occupant of the vehicle that was involved was also taken to the hospital for an evaluation of what was believed to be minor injuries.
The South Central Connecticut Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
The intersection where the crash occurred was closed for several hours while crews were at the scene.
