The offer from investment fund Futura Capital Fund to take over the Cassis and Paprika stores has become binding. The liberal trade union ACLVB said this on Thursday after a special general meeting. The concern is “very high” as the situation is “becoming mentally unbearable” for staff, who want certainty about their fate and their professional future, the union said.
