Two people were arrested following a large brawl at the Big E state fair over the weekend that sent multiple people to the hospital.

Multiple police agencies responded to the fair on Saturday around 5 p.m. on the report of a large fight involving injuries, according to the West Springfield Police Department. The police response included Big E patrol officers as well as the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department.

Police said officers found multiple victims who suffered “various injuries,” some of whom were taken to the Baystate Medical Center.
