Middleweight king, Israel Adesanya, is a massive betting favorite on the moneyline against his next challenger. This comes as no surprise, considering the talent disparity on paper. We are staying away from the moneyline here, as the payout will be minimal.
We believe that Adesanya finishes this fight before it goes to the scorecards—the question becomes when and how. All three of the champ’s previous stoppage victories came in the second round.
We expect Adesanya to find his timing over the course of the opening round before stepping on the gas in round two on his way to a knockout.

Austen Lane to win by KO/TKO in Rounds 1 or 2 (+370, DraftKings)
Heavyweights Justin Tafa and Austen Lane are going to share the octagon again after an accidental eye poke ended their first bout in the first round. Both of these fighters rarely see the second round, either winning or losing in the first five minutes more often than not.
Tafa will be at a six-inch height and reach disadvantage, but he’s used to that by this point. Tafa has one-punch knockout power, but we see it being difficult for him to find Lane’s chin. In fact, we like Lane to get the job done within the first two rounds.
Lane is a former NFL defensive end, who is very physically imposing and relatively young in the fight game. However, he appears to be finding his groove—scoring six consecutive finishes prior to the no contest with Tafa.

Carlos Ulberg, Manel Kape, Jamie Mullarkey moneyline (+126, Caesars)
This three-leg parlay features one main card bout and two that will take place on the undercard.
Carlos Ulberg—a teammate of Adesanya’s—will face Da Woon Jung. Ulberg has really hit his stride recently, earning three knockout victories in a row.
Manel Kape will welcome Brazil’s Felipe dos Santos to the UFC. The organization showed faith in Dos Santos by giving him a top-10 flyweight in his debut, but we believe Kape’s experience will prove to be the difference.
Jamie Mullarkey has been up-and-down since joining the UFC, albeit against stiff competition. He will take on Canada’s John Makdessi, who has been a part of the UFC since 2010, in what has also been an up-and-down career to this point. We like Mullarkey to win on the scorecards.
