WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Warren Harding senior football star Chaz Coleman announced his commitment to the Pennsylvania State University Nittany Lions.
The senior quarterback announced his decision in a post on social media, Monday night Nov. 10.
“I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my education and athletic career as a Nitty Lion. I’d like to thank everyone who’s been instrumental in getting me to this point. I’m truly honored and beyond grateful,” said Coleman on social media.
Coleman led the Raiders to an 8-4 record and one playoff win against John Hay (37-0). Warren Harding’s season ended with a loss to Austintown Fitch, 42-21, in a Division II regional quarterfinal playoff game.
He chose Pennsylvania State over The University of Akron, University of Toledo, University of Kentucky, University of Mississippi and more. The Raiders quarterback is also a WKBN Big 22 candidate for the 2024 season.
