Three years ago, American veteran Aaron James (46) lost almost his entire face in a work accident. During a marathon operation, 120 doctors and nurses gave Aaron a new face and for the first time, a complete eye was transplanted. More than a year later, his recovery appears to have gone so well that the doctors hope he will eventually be able to see again. “I am a normal man again who does normal things.”
