Yorba Linda’s football loss to San Jacinto last week became a win this week.
San Jacinto forfeited its 19-16 win over Yorba Linda because San Jacinto used an ineligible player in that game. The CIF Southern Section confirmed the forfeiture and said that San Jacinto self-reported that an ineligible player participated in the game at Yorba Linda.
Yorba Linda, No. 10 in the Orange County Top 25, moves to 3-0. San Jacinto is 1-2.
