Alabama’s ABC stores will be offering select, sought-after bottles of whiskey this weekend.
The ABC Board says some participating stores are preparing for an additional release – the “Bracket Buster” – this Saturday.
Blanton’s and Buffalo Trace will be available at all participating locations as participating stores will be open at their regular times.
For example, Blanton’s Straight from the Barrell bourbon, which goes for $149.99 a bottle, Blanton’s Gold Bourbon at $119.99, or Buffalo Trace Bourbon, at $53.99.
The release will follow the stores’ traditional Monday release format. Each customer will be allowed to purchase two bottles. The bottles cannot be the same product.
Customers will be received on a first come, first served basis. There will not be a sweepstakes line.
