His guilt Elias Michouthe main defendant in the case of sexual abuse of the 12-year-old girl in Colonos, decided the Mixed Jury Court of Athens.
The court ultimately did not adopt the prosecutor’s proposal, declaring Ilias Michos guilty of the crime of rape by a majority vote.

Guilty of abuse of a minor under the age of 14,
Guilty of Child Pornography (possessed and distributed the material through computer systems)
Guilty of Pimping
Innocent Trafficking of a minor
Guilty Illegal possession of arms and ammunition
The court declared the minor’s mother innocent of pornography and pimping, while finding her guilty only of the misdemeanor of extortion. After the reading of the decision, the mother burst into tears.
