A GLADIATORS star made sure she kept in shape today – after posting a gym snap.
Sabre, also known as Sheli McCoy, is famed for her superfit strength and washboard abs.

The 35-year-old gym boss showed off her incredible skipping skills as she jumped in trendy trainers.
The Gladiators athlete worked up a sweat in skin-tight gymwear and wore her hair up.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “The skill of skipping.”
Sabre previously revealed that she’d shed four dress sizes in a jaw-dropping transformation.
In a bid to encourage others to improve their fitness and lifestyle, she issued some important advice.
She said: “I’ve trained 5-6 days a week for ten years with a mix of CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, snowboarding, wakeboarding, skateboarding, climbing, swimming, biking and horse riding.
“I keep my calories logged, I eat a high protein diet, I’m careful with sugars, I hydrate well daily.
“I work with a coach and on a periodised programme and my body‘s look was never, and never is the goal.
“It’s just a byproduct of my goals to complete and be the best version of my athletic self.”
The Dundee-born fitness guru runs a gym in Dundee called SweatBox and strives to break barriers as a female gym owner.
The personal trainer also competed in five British Weightlifting Championships and numerous CrossFit championships worldwide.
The Gladiators reboot is fronted by father and son duo Barney and Bradley Walsh.
