A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday evening on Interstate 91 in Hartford.
Troopers, firefighters and medics responded to the crash just after 8:30 p.m. on I-91 South in the area of Exit 33, according to Connecticut State Police.
State police said a pedestrian involved has died. The victim has not been identified.
I-91 South was shut down while police investigated.
The crash remains under investigation.
