Here are some of the public services and offices that will be affected by closures on Monday.
Government offices and courts will be shut down, but law enforcement and emergency services will remain on duty.
OCTA buses will run on their Sunday schedules.
Post offices are closed and mail will not be delivered.
Most trash hauling services, including Republic Services and WM, don’t work on the holiday, so trash pick up will be delayed a day for the rest of the week.
