BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Cleveland woman was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. May 16 after police saw her try to urinate on the John J. Walsh Safety Town for children at the northeast corner of Holland and Engle roads.
Police saw the woman, who was 30-years-old at the time on the incident, stop her Chevrolet Equinox in a parking lot near the Brookpark branch library on Engle. She stepped out of her car and walked toward Safety Town.
The woman stopped at one of the Safety Town miniature buildings and pulled down her black romper. Then she realized that police were watching, and she ran back to her car.
